Aviva Silver – From the House of Nakoda

1 Warranty

• All Aviva products are made with certified 92.5 Sterling Silver and are designed to last a lifetime.

Natural tarnishing may occur due to air or moisture. This is not a defect and can be easily cleaned.

• Each product comes with an Aviva Silver authenticity certificate.

Exception: Antique or heritage pieces may not be 92.5 purity due to their vintage nature. These will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

2 Repairs

• If your jewellery is damaged during use, please WhatsApp us a clear image at +91 093233 04333.

• Most pieces can be repaired unless the original stone or material is unavailable. In such cases, we’ll suggest repurposing options.

• Once approved, you’ll need to ship the product to us. Repairs are done at a nominal charge, and return shipping is covered by us.

3 Gold Plating Services

• We offer 24-Carat Micron Gold Plating on many of our silver pieces – a premium, long-lasting finish.

• Gold plating is chargeable and can be re-plated as often as needed.

• You can also revert your piece to its original silver finish later, again at a nominal cost.

4 Don't Like the Product?

No problem — we understand!

• You can return a product if it’s not as expected in size, finish, or style.

• Please initiate the return within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApping clear images and order details to +91 093233 04333.

• Once approved, send the product back safely via any reliable courier.

• Once received in original, undamaged condition, we will issue a Store Credit (within 3–5 working days). • Note: No refunds to bank/UPI/card. Store Credit can be used anytime. • Not eligible for return:

  • Used/damaged products

  • Products bought under special offers (unless the entire order, including freebies, is returned)

  • Customised / personalised orders

  • International orders (case-specific discretion)

  • Retail store or exhibition purchases

5 Damaged in Transit?

We’re sorry this happened!

• Please record an unboxing video and send images of outer packaging + product to our helpline within 8 hours of delivery.
• If verified as damaged in transit, we’ll initiate a return process within 3–5 days.
• Once we receive the return, we’ll either:

  • Reship the order, or

Issue Store Credit (if you prefer not to reorder) • Products bought as part of offers must be fully returned with freebies for store credit eligibility. • International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6 Exchange Timeline

Once your returned product reaches our Pune facility, the replacement item will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 working days (India). Delays, if any, will be communicated in advance.

7 Out of Stock or Inventory Error

If a product gets ordered but isn't in stock:

  • We'll attempt to remake it (if possible)
  • If not, we'll reach out and offer options:
    • Store Credit
    • Alternative product
    • Full refund (for this rare case)

This policy excludes Made-To-Order items, clearly marked on our website.
