• Payment processing is subject to verification. Aviva Silver is not liable for declines due to card limitations or banking issues.

• Domestic shipping and timelines: Refer to our Shipping Policy. Delivery is generally within 5–7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• We ship via trusted courier partners and will attempt delivery multiple times before returning the order

• All returns, refunds, and store credit terms are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.
• No refunds are issued to payment method; only store credit is provided upon successful eligible returns.

• All website content—including text, design, logos, and images - belongs to Aviva Silver or its licensors and is protected under copyright law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without explicit written permission.

Suggestions, feedback, or other content submitted to Aviva Silver may be used by us without restriction. By submitting, you waive any right to compensation or attribution.

• Aviva Silver liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the past 12 months or ₹1,000—whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aviva Silver harmless from any claims or demands—including legal fees—arising from your actions, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be treated as modified, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

Aviva Silver may suspend or terminate your access to the website and services at any time, without notice, especially for violations. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain binding.
