All products sold by Aviva Silver are handcrafted in 92.5 sterling silver, unless otherwise mentioned. Slight variations in design, finish, and weight are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We accept all major forms of online payment.
• Aviva Silver reserves the right to cancel any order if a pricing or product description error occurs.

• We offer free domestic shipping for all prepaid orders over ₹4000.
• Orders below ₹4000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
• Orders are dispatched from Pune, India, and are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
• Custom-made, personalized, and used products are not eligible for return.
• Order cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of placing the order.

Silver naturally tarnishes with exposure to air, water, and chemicals. Tarnishing is not a product defect. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide for maintenance instructions.

Custom requests for designs, engravings, melting old silver/gold, and heirloom restoration are accepted. Pricing and timelines will be shared on a case-by-case basis. These items are non-returnable.

Aviva Silver will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
